Ibobi Singh to be sworn in as Manipur Chief Minister today

Imphal: Sixty-three-year-old senior Congress leader Okram Ibobi Singh will be sworn in as Chief Minister of Manipur for a third consecutive term this afternoon, official sources said.

Ibobi Singh will be administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor Gurbachan Jagat at around 4 pm, the sources said.

The names of senior Congress leaders who would also be sworn in were being finalized, they added.
