DONATION FOR RENOVATION OF DAY CARE CENTRE IN VANNI

We are happy to report that Mrs. Ruba Gnanaratnam called on Bishop Daniel Thiagarajah in
Colombo during her recent visit to Sri Lanka and handed over a cheque for a sum of US$ 2,000-
towards renovation of a Day care Centre at Konavil in the Vanni. This is a donation from the Global
Missions Committee of the Parish of the Epiphany where Ruba is part of. Ruba Gnanratnam had
the opportunity of seeing the diocesan ministry in Vanni areas, especially at Konavil during her
previous visit. The diocese is encouraged by this generous contribution.
