Musical thanks to physicians


We are proud to share with you about guitarmonk’s 3rd Year Doctor’s Day 2012 Celebration in July 2012. This event is first ever historical initiative, pioneered by Guitarmonk, wherein we are visiting and thanking more than 1000 role model doctors/opinion leaders of medical fraternity, through live musical greeting, gifting bouquets and our specially produced music therapy Album for each individual separately.

Doctor’s Day Movement by Guitarmonk (2010 - 2012)

Doctor’s Day Celebration became the 1st ever successful social concept and initiative of the times and a pioneer social event at a PAN India. The event was further honored by Health Ministry and participated by brands including Dr. Lal Path Labs, Club Mahindra, GM Records, Guitarmonk, Just Dial Music, Blackberrys etc.

Philosophy & Objective

1. This service is an expression of thankfulness, gratitude on behalf of common man to the doctors, congratulating and motivating them towards a valuable, honest contribution and sacrifice they do, doing and will do for the ones.

2. Communication and Bridging the Gap between medical fraternity and general mass. Brining Medical fraternity closer to the mass and re-establishing respect and honor for it.

Guitarmonk last years Doctor’s Day celebrations (Excerpts)

Guitarmonk celebrated Doctor’s Day in a very unique and never before way and greeted hundreds of Doctors with bouquet, greeting, therapy album and musical tunes. The event carried for more than 2 weeks and appreciated by government of delhi professor Mrs. Kiran Walia. Event associations also included Dr. Lal path labs, blackberry’s, club Mahindra, surat diamonds etc.

This became a historical initiative in the medical history of India and worldwide. The Doctors covered were also included the opinion leaders, award winning, leading doctors of medical fraternity as Members & CEO of Batra Hospital, AIIMS, Apollo, MAX etc. and much more in different specialties. They were surprised, overwhelmed on this cause and felt very happy and elated.

Our objective behind this movement was to connect to the mass, and doctor’s day was a great opportunity to connect medical fraternity and general public. Doctors gave their messages and feeling about their profession
