Jack Uppal honoured by Simon Fraser U

Jagat (Jack) Uppal, B.C. South Asian community leader and businessman of Indian descent is known for always giving back, hiring new immigrants and sponsoring others needing jobs before entering Canada. The degree of Doctor of Laws, honoris causa, was conferred on Mr. Uppal on Tuesday, June 12 at the 2:30 pm ceremony.
