About EARTH Art Gallery
EARTH Art Gallery is a social entrepreneurial venture started with the aim of reviving lost or waning art forms and to support social causes through art.
Exploring the medium of art and craft, we are working on reviving art forms that need to be revitalized with fresh energy by blending them with innovative designing to suit contemporary needs. Art forms like terracotta, folk art and craft are infused with a new vigor by the support of professional artists and designers.
The gallery is a facilitator that brings together, indigenous art with modern art and design practices to break new grounds that suit today’s tastes.
We are currently working on projects that support potters from Bobbili, by giving them novel pottery designs by artists from Shantiniketan.
We are also working with the folk artists by introducing them to new art materials as well as utility products to work with.
These artworks are exhibited as art shows and displayed at the Earth Art gallery .
