The firm is owned by Paul and Marie Francis. Paul is the son of the late Dr. Lloyd Francis who was Speaker of the House of Commons and later, Ambassador to Portugal.

Paul Francis took an Honours degree from University of Toronto and law degree from Queens. He has practiced law since 1972.

In 1988. he was joined by his wife Marie Francis who earned her law degree from University of Ottawa.
